4 Week Run Strong Beginner Fitness Program

This program is for you if:

  • You are planning to do a Learn To Run Clinic (ours run throughout the year)

  • You've been running but have neverrrrrrr done any strength training!

  • You're coming out of 'retirement' as a runner

  • You actually hate running but need a place to start with fitness!

The Run Strong 4 Week Transition Program

will help you build overall strength and gain muscle while paying special attention to the areas that can really ‘make or break’ your running lifestyle like your core and glutes.

This is an introductory or transition style of plan for people who have not spent much (or any) time focusing on strength. The plan includes specific days for full body strength training, cardio conditioning, glute activation and building, as well as core strength and stability.

  • Ideal for anyone new/returning to running, specifically those joining our 10 Week Learn to Run Clinic on Sept 17!

  • This program will prepare you physically, mentally AND emotionally for the 10 week commitment of our running clinic

  • Most running injuries are a result of: inhibited glutes, underactivated core muscles, strength/mobility imbalances...oh and shoes but this plan won't put proper shoes on your feet (but I can definitely guide you into an appropriate pair!)

All workouts are designed to be at home or gym friendly. Minimal equipment required.
