10 Week Fall In Love With Running 5K Learn To Run
This program is for you if:
You are completely new to running or have taken a significant hiatus (fitness depending, the RE-ginner group might better suit you)
You are coming back from an injury (and have medical clearance to run)
You have never completed a 5K distance
You LOVE to have FUN
You want to improve your cardio fitness
You want to get stronger
You embrace commitment! This is a 10 Week Program where every new week builds on the previous week’s work
This RunBuddies 10 Week Fall In Love With Running clinic
will build you up to running at least 5k comfortably, reducing your risk for injury, increasing your level of fun while keeping you surrounded by a supportive, committed community of like minded RunBuddies.
The program is based on 10 weeks, 3 runs per week; 2 of which are coached. You will follow the Walk/Run method, starting at 4:00 Walking + 1:00 Running and progressing over the 10 weeks to 1:00 Walking + 5:00 Running. Throughout the clinic you’ll also get to play with speed and some strength building.
It’s SO much more than just running!
