Turkey sausage patties! Quick, healthy and delicious

  • 1 pound extra lean ground turkey
  • 3 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/8 tsp Allspice
  • to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
Combine spicesMix spice combination into 1 pound of ground turkeyDivide spiced turkey into 5 equal partsForm into pattiesCook in a hot pan with a bit of avocado or coconut oil cooked through, approximately 10 minutes, will depend on thickness
