  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Bacon Fat
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Rosemary

Whisk Egg in a glass microwavable dish Add remainder of ingredients and mix wellMicrowave for 90 - 105 secondsInvert dish and place bread in a hot panGrill slightly on both sides and remove from heatSlice horizontally with a bread knifeGrill again until golden brown on both sides in your hot panMelt grass fed butter on top and sprinkle a scant amount of pink salt for an extra kick of flavour!
